Want to work in tech but not sure where to start?
Tell me if any of this sounds familiar:
• You're looking for a way to take your career to the next level
• You've been frantically firing your resume out to job postings you found on LinkedIn with few results
• You don't think you're qualified because you don't know how to code or don't have enough relevant experience
The truth is there are thousands of tech companies around the country looking for motivated entry-level job seekers with little to no experience that they can train into serious tech professionals.
Here's the problem
Unfortunately, most people struggle to land their first job because they lack a solid framework for their application and interview process.
You need to learn how to play the game.
Job seekers are too often looking in the wrong places, for the wrong roles, and applying the same way everyone else does.
You wouldn't expect to ace the LSAT without a 3-month meticulously crafted prep course, so why would go into your job hunt without the same level or preparation?
We've coached students from
That's where we come in
After interviewing thousands of tech candidates and coaching many more, we've narrowed down the necessary steps required nail the application process and interview like a pro.
We're happy to say that these insights are now available to anyone with our step-by-step online course.
We'll teach you everything you need to land your first job in tech, from application to offer.
How it works
1. Find the right role
If you're not applying to the right roles to match your strengths and experiences then you're wasting serious effort.
Too often candidates are applying by what "sounds cool" in the job description, without knowing what the day-to-day looks like.
Learn what each tech role actually does so you can apply to the right positions.
2. Stand out in the application process
Applying through a job board will get you nowhere.
We'll show you how to get your resume to the top of the stack through targeted outreach on LinkedIn.
3. Interview like a pro
Interviewing is a skill and it takes practice but you need to know what to practice so you can be efficient with your preparation.
Most candidates will just look up a few questions online and then crumble if they get thrown a curve ball.
We've analyzed thousands of interview questions and prepared a curriculum around two dozen specific themes so you'll be prepared for anything an interviewer could throw your way.
No more sitting on the sidelines, it's time to take action.
You could read about job application "tips & tricks" all day but the truth is there is no shortcuts -- making change takes real work.
By committing to this course you're taking the first step in a defined plan of action to land your dream job.
Let's get started.
Meet your tech career coaches
We both started our tech careers straight out of college with absolutely no coding ability, which is why we're so passionate that you can too.
We spent our 20's working in Product Management at both the startup and big tech level (we're both happy Ex-Amazonians). Along the way, we worked extensively in hiring, interviewed thousands of candidates, learning exactly what it takes to differentiate yourself in the hiring process.
Since then, we've started our own business aimed at helping students stand out in the sea of job applications and land their dream job.
We regularly travel across the country to teach workshops to college students on the exactly the steps they need to take to ensure they're setting themselves up for success.

What if I don't know how to code?
One of the most common misconceptions among tech job seekers is that you need to know how to code to find great paying jobs at tech companies, and that simply isn't true.
Nearly half of all open tech jobs are for non-technical roles.
What if I don't have experience?
It's the classic chicken and the egg problem.
I can't get a job with no experience but how can I get experience without a job?
Seems hopeless, but it's really not.
Most job description minimum requirements are more like a wishlist than a set of actual qualifications.
Sure, they would love a candidate with all those skills, but they're also always open to any properly motivated candidate who can position themselves well in the interview.
And that's exactly what we'll teach you to do.
Does this guide apply to all tech roles?
If you're applying to an engineering position, this guide is not for you.
This guide is perfect for any non-technical entry-level tech role.
Because most entry-level roles don't expect you to speak to direct experience, interviewers will be relying on behavioral interviewing to assess a fit.
We get into the nitty gritty of exactly how to prepare for these types of interview questions so you can truly differentiate yourself as a candidate.
